Content & Visual Storytelling: Best Ways to Get Your Story Picked Up by Traditional and Digital Media
With the ever-changing media landscape today, it is needless to say that content creation & strategy is the core essence of ensuring that key audiences are reached. Much effort is needed in creating content that matters; content that will make an impact on readers, as well as content that will be picked up by the media. The purpose of creating content in the first place is to inform, to encourage action, and to remind target audiences of a certain cause. With these objectives in mind, it is important to ensure that your story is captivating to the extent that it spawns people to share your content and to actually show a sense of mindfulness to your message.
During our upcoming Media Coffee, Manminder Kaur Dhillon, CEO of Intelectasia and Founder of Supernewsroom, will be sharing her knowledge on how to make your press release stand out from the thousands of press releases received by the media on a daily basis, as well as the best ways to ensure that your story gets picked up. Darian Goh, Strategic Planner at REV Asia, will be highlighting on developing the most suitable content in our digital world today. He will also provide basic tips on how to make people read, and most importantly share your content, as well as emphasize on the distribution strategies that needs to be employed to reach target audiences.
